Geoffrey Castro works as a program manager in CenterPoint Energy’s Community Relations group. In this capacity he has led numerous community investment programs that engage employees and position the company as a leading corporate citizen among stakeholders. Prior to joining CenterPoint Energy, Castro spent nearly a decade working in leadership roles with a host of non-profit organizations. 

Active in the community, Castro has served on boards and advisory committees with the West Houston P16 Council, Corporate Community Relations Council, Katy Prairie Conservancy and others.  Castro holds bachelor’s degrees in communications and environmental studies and an MBA from the University of St. Thomas.
