Leadership Houston is driven by a dedicated and experienced team of professionals who are committed to empowering the next generation of Houston’s leaders. Our board of directors and staff work tirelessly to ensure the success of our programs and initiatives.
Signature
Program
Our Signature Program is a ten-month immersive journey through Houston's history, economy, and development. Through two overnight retreats and eight monthly learning sessions, participants gain deep insights into Houston's key industries, including energy, healthcare, education, and government.
Class participants engage in learning sessions led by industry experts. These sessions offer a backstage pass to the inner workings of Greater Houston, focusing on specific sectors and fostering comprehensive understanding and personal civic engagement plans.

Leadership Houston Class XLII completed its exciting initiative—Quenching the Future! They installed hydration stations in four parks across the city to reimagine water access, providing a refreshing and accessible amenity for residents and visitors alike.

Leadership Houston Class XLI transformed Yolanda Black Navarro Middle School’s on-campus market to provide its students, their families, and the community with a dignified shopping experience.

Harmony in Houston
Houston is a vibrant, diverse, culturally rich city and Leadership Houston’s Class XL believes every neighborhood, park, area, and street should reflect that. Class XL’s project is a step in that direction as they Incorporate an interactive musical display to revitalize the Selena Quintanilla Perez Park in the Denver Harbor neighborhood.
